Spent a wonderful and productive time at CAS and Michael Stausberg's and James T. Lewis' The demise of religion group. Thanks to all of you for comments as well as company. The staff was marvellous, everything was well prepared on arrival - everybody always helpful. I'll miss the short, but intensive talks over lunch.
